Scott Picker

President

Scott caught the landscaping bug at an early age as he and his brother started a small landscaping company in High School. He then moved on to Washington State University where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Education in 1998. Since founding Aspen Creek in 2000, Scott has been an active member of the community and landscape industry serving as the State President of the Oregon Landscape Contractors Association in 2014. His artistic vision, extensive plant knowledge and attention to detail are the foundation of the company’s success. In his free time Scott can be found frolicking in the pastures with his herd of Texas Longhorns or spending time with his wife Amelia and their two children Carson and Emily.

Jeremy Tobin

General Manager

Jeremy has been managing landscape maintenance on the West Coast since 2003. Since moving to Oregon and joining Aspen Creek in 2013 he has strived to provide clients with excellent customer service. His vast knowledge of plant health, ornamental pruning and proper maintenance techniques ensure our client’s gardens look their best. Jeremy is currently the President of the Portland Region of the Oregon Landscape Contractors Association and an active member of the Sherwood community. As a former class clown he can now be found hamming it up around the office in a vain attempt to make everyone laugh. Jeremy enjoys spending his free time with his wife Allison and their two children Cooper and Phoebe.

Leann Brammer

Accountant

Leann joined Aspen Creek Landscaping in 2020, though her connection to the company stretches back many years. With 15 years of accounting experience and a genuine love for helping people, she brings both skill and heart to her work. A longtime resident of the Willamette Valley, she enjoys being part of a community she’s watched grow and evolve. Outside the office, Leann loves spending time with her little boy Grayson & her dog Brodie, catching live concerts, exploring the outdoors, or curling up with a good book on a rainy day.

Nicole Evens

Office Manager

Nicole’s love for landscaping started early, shaping her path long before she knew it would become her career. That lifelong connection to the outdoors—and her knack for business and operations—made Aspen Creek Landscaping the perfect place for her to grow. When she’s not working, you’ll almost always find her outside: soaking up the ocean air, wandering through the woods, or cruising on her motorcycle under the summer sun. Born and raised in the Pacific Northwest, she now calls the Willamette Valley home, where she lives with her husband Matt, their children Abel and Sophia, and their pack of beloved dogs and cats.

Demetrio Newey

Maintenance Manager

Demetrio's journey in the landscaping industry is truly inspiring. Starting from the ground up as a material driver, his progression to a foreman and team supervisor showcases his dedication and skill development over the past eight years. Now, as the Maintenance Manager with Aspen Creek Landscaping, he uses his extensive knowledge of plant healthcare and landscape maintenance to ensure the highest standard of service. Demetrio's passion for continuous learning in the landscaping field highlights his commitment to professional growth, which will certainly benefit both him and the company. Outside of work, his dedication to family is evident in the time he spends with his wife Lydia and daughter, creating precious memories together. Furthermore, his involvement in sports - both as a player and an official - shows his active lifestyle and commitment to community service, particularly in mentoring young athletes. This balance of professional ambition, family values, and community engagement paints a picture of a well-rounded individual who is making a positive impact in both his career and local community.
