About us

Aspen Creek Landscaping has been in business since 2000. We are proud to be a provider of high-quality installation and maintenance services. Our professional team will help beautify your landscape, add value to your home and increase your enjoyment of time outdoors.

Phillipa Peach

Phillipa (Peachy) joined Aspen Creek in 2016 from PCC’s Landscape Design Program. She provides our clients with creative landscape design and excellent project management. Peachy is an attentive listener who specializes in creating unique garden spaces customized to fit each client’s style and needs. As a former IT Project Manager her attention to detail sets her apart from her peers. Her extensive plant knowledge and air of sophistication stem from being raised on a nursery and flower farm in England. She has lived on the West Coast for the past 20 years and now calls the Pacific Northwest her home. In her free time Peachy can be found hiking, snowboarding and tending to her farm animals.

Bill Spelbring

Landscape Designer and Construction Salesperson

Bill moved from the Midwest to Oregon in the late 1970s and earned his degree in landscape architecture from the University of Oregon in 1983. By listening to his customers’ wants and needs, he has designed and built landscapes using his expertise in hardscapes, water features, lawns, plantings, outdoor lighting and other outdoor living environments. Bill enjoys the contrast of man-made elements softened by Aspen Creek’s rich palette of plants. He looks forward to bringing you the landscape you desire.

Jeremy Tobin

Maintenance and Special Services Manager

Jeremy has been managing landscape maintenance on the West Coast since 2003. Since moving to Oregon and joining Aspen Creek in 2013 he has strived to provide clients with excellent customer service. His vast knowledge of plant health, ornamental pruning and proper maintenance techniques ensure our client’s gardens look their best. Jeremy is currently the President of the Portland Region of the Oregon Landscape Contractors Association and an active member of the Sherwood community. As a former class clown he can now be found hamming it up around the office in a vain attempt to make everyone laugh. Jeremy enjoys spending his free time with his wife Allison and their two children Cooper and Phoebe.

Sabrina Davis

Since 2016 Sabrina has been the first voice our new client’s hear when they contact the company. Her excellent communication, customer service and organizational skills help the back office run smoothly. A native of California, Sabrina moved to Oregon in 2014 to be closer to her family. She loves the outdoors and has fully embraced the Pacific Northwest as her home. In her free time she can be found hiking, spending time with her family and dancing like its 1999.

Scott Picker

Scott caught the landscaping bug at an early age as he and his brother started a small landscaping company in High School. He then moved on to Washington State University where he earned his Bachelor’s Degree in Agricultural Education in 1998. Since founding Aspen Creek in 2000, Scott has been an active member of the community and landscape industry serving as the State President of the Oregon Landscape Contractors Association in 2014. His artistic vision, extensive plant knowledge and attention to detail are the foundation of the company’s success. In his free time Scott can be found frolicking in the pastures with his herd of Texas Longhorns or spending time with his wife Amelia and their two children Carson and Emily.

Monica Nuno

Office Manager

Since joining Aspen Creek in 2010, Monica has proved herself to be an invaluable asset to the company. Monica manages everything from HR to Party Planning and keeps things running smoothly. A graduate of Portland State, Monica also studied in Mexico and brings a wealth of administrative skills to the table. Her greatest asset is her ability to keep everyone in line and moving in the right direction. Monica can be found taming Wild Horses in her free time, which is strangely similar to her day job.

Kyle Lusk

Kyle’s 12 years of landscape construction, irrigation and project management experience make him a key member of our organization. A native of Prosser, Washington Kyle began his career with the company as a construction foreman in 2007-2008. He then left to hone his irrigation skills in Colorado, California and Eastern Washington before returning to the Portland area. Since his return in 2015 Kyle has served as our irrigation guru and Special Services Project Manager. Kyle’s technical expertise, communication skills and excellent customer service are invaluable to the company. Kyle spends most of his free time in the outdoors and picking out flannel/beanie combos that match his mood.
